I
have lived in Austin since 1983 and I love it here! I love to exercise
and I love the outdoors.
Exercising is at the top of my list. Not only does it make me feel vibrant
and healthy but it exudes a sense of well being that translates to my
clients.
In addition to my aerobic workouts, I work out with a personal trainer.
Having strong healthy muscles and a high energy level helps me meet the
physical demands that my job requires.
I also love to encourage my clients to think about diet, exercise, and
health. Support from others when undertaking an exercise regimen or when
dieting can help tremendously. I
like to be there for them in a relaxed
and supportive environment.
